Shipping policy

Where We Ship We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. All orders are shipped from our base in France.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier handling. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or events outside our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

DDP — No Hidden Fees All orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means all duties, taxes, and import fees are covered upfront. What you see at checkout is what you pay — no surprise charges on delivery.

Tracking Every order ships with full tracking. Your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

Insurance All orders are fully insured. In the event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@vaultllocations.com within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date.

Lost Packages If your tracking shows no movement for 10 consecutive business days, contact us at support@vaultllocations.com and we will open an insurance claim on your behalf.
