Return Policy
We stand behind every item we ship. Every product is personally inspected before it leaves us but if something isn't right when it arrives, we'll make it right.
Damaged on Arrival If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@vaultallocation.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll assess and offer a replacement or full refund depending on stock availability.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours and we'll sort it immediately at no extra cost to you.
Opened or Used Items We are unable to accept returns on opened sealed product. Once a booster bundle or ETB has been opened, we have no way to verify its condition this is standard across the industry.
Sealed, Unopened Items If you change your mind, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Item must be returned in its original, unopened condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Refund is issued once we receive and inspect the item.
Lost Packages All orders ship fully insured. If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we'll open a claim on your behalf.
